The Orange Margarita Recipe
A Great Way To Get Your Vitamin C!
Are you a big fan of orange flavored drinks? Then an orange margarita will be be just the thing for you to take the edge off on a hot afternoon. The extra special bonus that comes with this drink is that you can claim you’re getting your vitamin C as well. At least you can try and claim it.
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple sec
- 4-6 oz of Orange juice or use fresh squeezed blood oranges for a Blood Orange variation.
- A splash of Lime juice or sour mix
Margarita Mixing instructions:
Mix tequila, triple sec, and orange juice in a shaker with ice, strain and pour into a margarita glass. Top it off with a splash of lime juice or sour mix.
For the frozen version of this drink simply substitute a blender for the shaker and you’re good to go.
